National New Play Network
Rolling World Premiere
Lucky Me
By Robert Caisley
Directed by Chip Walton

October 25 – December 6, 2014
Previews October 23 – 24, 2014

Featuring Kurt Brighton, Dee Covington, Randy Moore*, and Erik Sandvold*

After Sara Fine’s latest emergency room visit, she returns to her apartment to find that the light bulbs are burnt out; there’s yet another leak in the roof; the fish are dead; the cat has gone AWOL; and her blind, elderly father is poised and waiting to browbeat her ride home, a friendly TSA agent named Tom. Some people have all the luck, but thanks to a 22-year-old curse, Sara’s hasn’t been so great lately. This World Premiere is a gleefully dark comedy about love, aging, airport security and how just one little win can put you back on top.

This production is a Rolling World Premiere, produced in part by the National New Play Network giving the playwright the chance for continued development, and the opportunity for the play to have a continued life in the theatres across the country.
