A Curious
First-Timers Guide

Welcome to Curious.
Whether you’ve been to theatre for years or this is your very first time, you belong here.
We’ve put together this guide so you can feel at ease—so you can focus less on logistics and more on being present in the room, where the work comes to life.
What to expect, at a glance:
- Come as you are—there’s no dress code
- Arrive about 30 minutes early
- Most shows run 90–120 minutes
- You don’t need to “know” anything before you come
Curious @Cleo
A new home for this season.
While our theatre at 1080 Acoma Street evolves, Curious Theatre Company is performing at the Historic Shorter AME Building, home of Cleo Parker Robinson Dance.
A space rooted in history, artistry, and community—we’re honored to welcome you there.
