Matthew S. Crane is a Colorado-based scenic designer. He designed CONFEDERATES with Curious Theatre Company last season. Recent local designs include: ROMEO AND JULIET, JUNIE B. JONES, A GENTLEMAN’S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER (Arvada Center), MARY POPPINS, SISTER ACT (Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center), RICHARD II, THE TEMPEST (Colorado Shakespeare Festival), THE LAST YIDDISH SPEAKER (Theater Or), MEDEA, INTO THE WOODS (The University of Denver), and DIE FLEDERMAUS (Lamont Opera Theatre). In addition to theatrical design, Matthew is an associate designer with Lionfish Design, providing design and art direction for live events, broadcasts, and corporate clients.
