Join Curious New Voices for the return of its annual event, Companion Plays!

THIS TIME is a festival of 10-minute plays written by Curious New Voices playwrights as Companion Plays to our mainstage production of Alma by Benjamin Benne. To celebrate our 20th anniversary of building the next generation of great American playwrights we have invited past alums to write alongside our current Curious New Voices writers. Together these 11 playwrights represent Curious’ world premiere programming from 2004 to 2023. To experience this festival is to thrill at the creative growth of Curious New Voices writers and witness their maturity of voice over time. THIS TIME is a festival of new work that reaches back into the past to celebrate the present and illuminate the future.
