Curious Theatre Company seeks an energetic addition to our development team to provide essential assistance in executing our fundraising plans.  This position will provide integral support to an award-winning theatre company with a high local and national profile.  

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assistance in online donation campaigns and creating e-mail soliciations
• Participation in special events planning and execution
• Attending development meetings
• Preparation of donor mailings
• Database upkeep and pulling lists
• Research foundation and corporate prospects
• Draft proposals for corporate sponsorship and foundation grants

The right candidate will be a team player but able to take initiative, have strong written and verbal communications skills, be outgoing and personable in a number of situations, and have an ardent interest in the performing arts. We guarantee a fun, challenging, and substantive experience that interns may use in the future as they launch their careers. This is an unpaid internship.
